Demijohn is was founded in 2004 in Edinburgh's Old Town by Angus and Frances Ferguson and is Scotland’s award winning Liquid Deli. We have outlets online, in Edinburgh, Glasgow and have just opened a brand new shop in York in September this year. Inspired by our own love of good food and drink, we have brought together a remarkable collection of predominantly British products such as liqueurs, whiskies, wines, spirits, olive oils and vinegars. Our products represent an underworld of small artisanal British producers who make some of the finest things known to mankind. We allow our customers to try something completely original and delicious in an extremely fun way. During the Show we will be launching our new Grapefruit Vodka Liqueur 20% and our Gooseberry Gin Liqueur 17%, but there will also be the classics such as Raspberry Vodka 22% and of course our now famous Bramble Vinegar, along with other oils, vinegars, whisky and liqueurs. When you visit our stand you will not only get to taste what we are selling, but we will educate you all about that product. We then individually bottle your choice from our distinctive demijohns into our selection of attractive Italian glass bottles. Those lucky enough to own a Demijohn bottle, are encouraged to return to our shops and have it refilled for the cost of the refill only.
