1. Is there somewhere for me to leave my purchases whilst I continue to shop around the Fair?

If you'd like to leave a few of your bags whilst you continue shopping around the Fair you can use the Shopping Drop-off, situated to the left of the entrance, in the far left corner. The Shopping Drop-off is a safe storage area and will be manned at all times by a member of the venue team.

2. Where are the toilets located?

There are a number of toilet facilities in the SECC. We will soon be uploading a floorplan of the event so check back soon and you'll be able to find their exact location before coming to the Fair.

3. I am disabled, how do I access the SECC and where can I park?

The main building has automatic doors at both East and West entrances. All halls in the main building are situated at ground level, and the upper levels of the Conference Centre, Loch Suite and Seminar Suite are all accessible by lift. The majority of visitor parking is located at the west of the site and car park 1 at the east of the building is also available for blue badge holders, on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are limited. The SECC has wheelchair accessible toilets situated on the main concourse and in all exhibition/concert halls. More information for disabled visitors can be found here.

4. Can I bring a pushchair to the Fair?

Pushchairs are permitted in the venue however the Fair does get very busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so we strongly recommend that they be left at home where possible.

5. Can I bring my children to the Fair?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under five their entry to the Fair will be free, between the ages of five and 16 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 16 they will need to purchase a regular ticket. 9. Am I allowed to bring my guide dog to the Fair?

Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Fair.

10. I am accompanying somebody as a carer; do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Fair is free of charge.

11. Can I change the day my ticket is valid for?

12. When will I receive my tickets?

If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you, you should receive it within two weeks. If you have elected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have any queries regarding tickets please email Interchange, our ticketing company, on 08443388000.

13. I have not received my tickets and the Fair is in a few days, what should I do?

If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Fair by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the ticketing desk at the show.

14. I am now unable to come to the Fair, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets.
