With the assistance of Glenn Davies he’ll show you how to create these impressive and mouthwatering dishes to impress your guests over the Christmas period and beyond. Recipes will include: Merlot and Christmas spiced poached pears with crème fraîche, belgian chocolate mousse with salted caramel and spiced cherries and individual Lemon tarts with raspberry sorbet.
