The Cornish Cheese Co is based on our dairy farm in Cornwall. With the milk from our pedigree dairy herd we produce a cheese called Cornish Blue,it is an artisan cheese and is all handmade and matured on the farm. Cornish Blue is a soft mild creamy blue cheese.
