Alison Walker is the Food & Drink Editor of Country Living Magazine and loves cooking comfort food using British seasonal ingredients. She trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and was Student of the Year in 2002. Before joining Country Living, she was Chief Home Economist at Good Housekeeping.
