The Country Living Restaurant

We're delighted to let you know that this year, alongside your tickets, you'll be able to book an exclusive dining experience in our brand new Country Living restaurant. We've collaborated with experienced caterers to design a delicious menu that reflects the values of the magazine: fresh, seasonal and local. As well as advance reservations, there will be a limited amount of tables available on the day.

To start

Oak smoked Scottish salmon with a rocket and frisée salad, caper berries and brown bread

Toasted focaccia crouton with burrito cheese and semi dried tomato, on a seasonal leaf salad

Parma ham with fresh figs and grilled artichoke salad


To follow

Roasted chicken fillet with Parmentier potatoes, pan-fried kale and a spring herb salsa

Grilled fillet of salmon with a polenta crust, served a broccoli and freekah salad

Pan fried goat’s cheese served on a salad of steamed and chargrilled vegetables



A farm cheddar plate with apple and ginger chutney and wafer biscuits

Classic lemon tart with vanilla cream

Warm chocolate fondant served with infused clotted cream
