The Federation of Chefs for Scotland will once again be co-ordinating the Food & Drink Theatre and Kitchens International will be providing one of their stunning kitchens for the demonstrations.

Chefs from some of Scotland's finest restaurants will be demonstrating their culinary expertise for you at the Fair along with two of the Fair exhibitors who will be running mini workshop/demos. New in this year's line up of chefs are Marcello Tully from the Michelin starred Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye and Paul Wedgwood from Wedgwood the Restaurant in Edinurgh.
