1. Is there somewhere for me to leave my purchases whilst I continue to shop around the Fair?

If you’d like to leave your bags whilst you continue shopping around the Fair you can use the Shopping Drop-off, situated upstairs on the Gallery level. The Shopping Drop-off is a safe storage area and will be manned at all times by a member of the venue team.

2. Where are the toilets located?

There are six toilet facilities in the Business Design Centre. Our floorplan of the event will show their location.

3. I am disabled, how do I access the Business Design Centre and where can I park?

The building is fully accessible by persons with disabilities; there are lifts to all floors and disabled toilet facilities on every level. There is also full lift access to every car park floor however availability is limited and places fill up quickly. To discuss reserving a car parking space call 020 7288 6272.

4. Can I bring a pushchair to the Fair?

Pushchairs are permitted in the venue however the Fair does get very busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so we strongly recommend that they be left at home where possible.

5. Can I bring my children to the Fair?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under five their entry to the Fair will be free, between the ages of five and 16 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 16 they will need to purchase a regular ticket. 9. Am I allowed to bring my guide dog to the Fair?

Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Fair.

10. I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Fair is free of charge.

11. Can I change the day my ticket is valid for?

12. When will I receive my tickets?

If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you, you should receive it within two weeks. If you have elected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have any queries regarding tickets please email Ticket Factory, our ticketing company, on 08443380338.

13. I have not received my tickets and the Fair is in a few days, what should I do?

If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Fair by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the ticketing desk at the show.

14. I am now unable to come to the Fair, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets.
