The Food & Drink theatre is a major draw at the Christmas Fair in Glasgow offering our visitors the opportunity to experience fabulous demonstrations and get expert cookery advice. The Federation of Chefs Scotland are co-ordinating the theatre this year and the line up features some of
Scotland's leading chefs including the Federation's president Kevin MacGillivray, the Scottish chef of the year - Andrew May, and Paul Tamburruni from Hotel du Vin.
