There are disabled toilets on each level, which can be reached by the lift at the front of the building. There is step free access at the entrance. Adjacent to the building is an underground car park with ample reserved spaces for drivers with disabled passes. There is a lift from the car park to the ground floor level, however please note that parking charges apply.
Carers attending with disabled visitors are entitled to free entry to the Fair. Please be aware that Saturday is a particularly busy day and access to some of the stands will be restricted. To request a ticket, get in touch here: contact us
Cloakroom /Shop & Drop
Visitors can leave bags during the course of the day at the Shopping Drop Off facility.The safe-storage area is located on the Gallery Level and is manned at all times. There are also two cloakrooms, one at the main entrance and one on the Gallery Level.
Jack’s Restaurant (Gallery Level)
Relax over a delicious hot lunch and a glass of wine or a cappuccino, while watching the hustle and bustle of the fair below.
Atrium Café (above the Gallery Hall)
Hot food, gourmet sandwiches and soups, teas, coffees and cakes are served all day.
Food Bars (Gallery Level)
There is a Food Bar on each side of the main hall by the top of the staircases leading down to the mezzanine. The Food Bars are great for grabbing a quick bite whilst perusing the stands.
Take a break from shopping and enjoy a relaxing cup of fine tea in the Birchall Tea Room, located in the Gallery Hall.
