1. Is there somewhere for me to leave my purchases whilst I continue to shop around the Fair?

If you'd like to leave a few of your bags whilst you continue shopping around the Fair you can use our free Shop & Drop-off service. The Shop & Drop is a safe storage area and will be manned at all times by a member of the venue team.

2. Where are the toilets located?

There are a number of toilet facilities in the Harrogate International Centre. You can find their exact location on our floorplan.

3. I am disabled, how do I access the HCC and where can I park?

The Harrogate Convention Centre has 8 blue badge holder spaces within its underground car park, with escalator and lift access to the main reception area. All areas and levels are accessible to wheelchair users via passenger lifts and chair lifts. The Main Auditorium has seven dedicated wheelchair positions on a single tier, accessed via the lift. There are dedicated disabled friendly toilets throughout the venue. All conference venue spaces (Main Auditorium, Royal Hall, Kings Suite and Queens Suite) and the reception area have Induction Loops. 4. Can I bring a pushchair to the Fair?

Pushchairs are permitted in the venue however the Fair does get very busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so we strongly recommend that they be left at home where possible.

5. Can I bring my children to the Fair?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under five their entry to the Fair will be free, between the ages of five and 16 they will be entitled to a child ticket. Anyone aged over 16 will need to purchase a regular ticket.

9. Am I allowed to bring my guide dog to the Fair?

10. I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Fair is free of charge. Please speak to the Box Office on arrival.

11. Can I change the day my ticket is valid for?

12. When will I receive my tickets?

If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you, you should receive it within two weeks. If you have elected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have any queries regarding tickets please contact our box office,  Ticket Factory on 08443388000.

13. I have not received my tickets and the Fair is in a few days, what should I do?

If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Fair by taking your booking reference number to the Box Office at the show.

14. I am now unable to come to the Fair, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets.
