If you’d like to leave your bags whilst you continue shopping around the Fair you can use the Shopping Drop-off. The Shopping Drop-off is a safe storage area and will be manned at all times by a member of the venue team.

The Fair is fully accessible by persons with disabilities; there are disabled car parking spaces in the East Car Park available on a first come first served basis, please note availability is limited. You can also hire a wheelchair at the venue, depending on availability, to pre-book this or to discuss with the customer service team please contact the venue directly on 020 8365 4343. Pushchairs are permitted in the venue however the Fair does get very busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, so we strongly recommend that they be left at home where possible.
Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under five their entry to the Fair will be free, between the ages of five and 16 they will be entitled to a child ticket and after 16 they will need to purchase a regular ticket. Alexandra Palace has a variety of eateries on site at the venue so you will never go hungry! A few options include Alexandra Palaces's Bar & Kitchen which offers a freshly cooked seasonal modern pub menu and extensive wine list complete with an enjoyable dining experience, a great outdoor space overlooking the capital and a large indoor area within the beautiful Palm Court. For a lighter bite there are cafes on-site offering a range of sandwiches, scones, cakes and pastries.

Yes, guide dogs are welcome at the Fair.
When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Fair is free of charge.
If you have opted for your ticket to be posted to you, you should receive it within two weeks. If you have elected the e-ticket option you should receive it immediately after purchase. If you have any queries regarding tickets please email our ticketing company, Ticket Factory, on Contactservices@theticketfactory.com.
If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the Fair by bringing with you the booking reference number provided to you when you purchased your tickets and taking it to the ticketing desk at the show.
